This little book is a collection of Dharma talks and poetry by the meditation teacher, poet and psychiatrist Robert Hall. The book was assembled from Dr. Hall’s teaching at his Dharma center in Todos Santos, Mexico, and features both English and Spanish versions on opposing pages. Interspersed throughout the book are photographs by Alvaro Colindres of natural scenes from Baja California.

 

The book is available at the Spirit Rock Meditation Center bookstore in Woodacre, California.
